Christal West [she/they] is a Critical Ethnic Studies Scholar-Practitioner who serves as a Student Affairs Advisor for social justice and educational equity-based retention projects at UC Davis and Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Chicanx Studies at San Jose State University. Christal received her Master’s degree in Chicanx Studies with a concentration in Comparative Ethnic Studies at San Jose State University in 2016 and completed her undergraduate education in African/African-American and Chicanx Studies at the University of California, Davis in 2011. |
