Gavilan College Course Reserves

Course Request Form

Please fill out the form below to submit a reserve request to use library-owned materials for your course OR fill out the form and bring in your personal materials to be placed on reserve at the library.

  • Online Textbooks Reserve: These items must be owned by the Gavilan College Library in order to make available electronically. The library has to have the item physically in order to make it available to students. If the library does not own the item, you could request the library to purchase the items for Online Textbooks, or if you have an extra copy of your items, you could donate it to the library.
  • Materials will be processed in the order received. Depending on the number of incoming items, please allow 7-10 days to process new reserves.
